Can people ask about baby names without people being total assholes on here?

this is the worst place to get advice on baby names i had a few names for ideas these were not crazy out there names..... just simple yet somewhat unique names, and all anyone does on here is bash them....i didnt ******* ask you if you liked them i asked wich one you liked better. sorry i dont want to names my child fred or bob! In my opinion Camden and Jaren are not bad names and i dont think you need to bash peoples ideas.Can people ask about baby names without people being total assholes on here?

If you don't want an honest opinion, then don't ask the question. They're your kids... none of us honestly care what you name your kids. As for the names, Camden is a little feminine to me. I've known 2 or 3 girls named Camden. Jaren is not a favourite... it sounds made up. Honestly, though, name your kids whatever you want... just don't ask for opinions if you don't want to hear them.
Yea people are rude I just ignore them.
We don't know you and you don't know us. We have no reason to lie. And if someone is super-rude when there was no need to be, then there's nothing you can do about that. That's life. And I think it would be better for an online douche to give you the facts (and perhaps sway your opinion if it's a truly bad name) rather than have a real-life douche come up to you in public and give you the business.



For the record, I prefer Camden.
The beautiful thing about this website is that people are able to give their honest opinion. Sometimes it's harsh, but at least they're telling the truth.



I agree, it's irritating when people don't answer the question and just insult you. But it's life. And that's what you get on here.



Your friends and family will probably be better help anyways.

I think Camden is a nice name actually. I do agree with you that people have a tendency to be impolite on here sometimes though.
My opinion about yahoo answers, it's usually the worse site to ask any questions because not alot of people won't give you a straight up answer, they would just want to say something stupid and that is out of the question that doesn't even go with the topic. So i TOTALLY know what you mean about how people give stupid advice to others. It happen to me and I am one straight ahead to go off on every single one of them. But I think that they are great names but I like Jaren better :).......
I'm really not trying to be an ******, just giving my honest opinion. I don't like Camden and Jaren, I would never pick those names for my own children. Do you expect people to lie and say they're fantastic? Name your kids what you want but don't come on here asking for advice that you aren't willing to accept.
