1. Timothy 6 It is a good, Biblical name which has been around forever.However, I have never ben drawn to it. I just do not find it very masculine. I think the Tim and Timmie association has caused that.However, I knew a Timothy who was a sweet guy. It just does not appeal to me. No offense meant.Many will love it

2. Garett 8/10 Masculine, strong and powerful. It is a name with presence and would work fantastically on an adult .

3. Franklin This is one of those names where it is person's association. I associate it with people who are more around the ages of 60 or 80.So, it doesn't sound youthful to me. The name will always be around and accepted, though.Also, I have never been a fan of Frank sounds 6/10

4. Frederick 5 This is my personal experience, so I am biased, I knew one and he was full of kak. The Fred names have always been names that I have neither hated not have I been drawn to. However, it can be be perceived as regal and a timeless classic

5. Gary 6 There is absolutely nothing wrong with it. This is all just personal taste

6. Darrell 6 Nothing wrong with it.Just personal taste. I don't associate it with the same crowd of people that I hang out with, so it is not my style

7. Douglas It is one of those names that will be around forever.All prefernce again. I think it is one of those names that could be perceived as old, because of the average of the people they meet.For instance,someone might not want to use the name Mark, because they associate it with the 60s as that was when it peaked

8. Lonnie I honestly don't mean this disrespectfully, but the first thing I think of when I hear it is the American 'south'. There is nothing wrong with that at all. I think it is just one of those names that it's time has passed or it is viewed as dated and their are now more 'now' names

9. Norman Personal taste again. I think it is a name that by association, is not viewed as 'hip'.I think names go through periods and revivals.

10. Terry 7/10 Nothing wrong with it.Is a good, strong name.Ages well and sounds good.Easy to say and spell.Possible dislikes are because of it being unisex

11. Jerry 61/2 Same as above. Just personal taste. It doesn't appeal to me, but I do not dislike it

12. Craig 7/10 Is a good name.I would prob like it if it was not for someone I knew with it.

13. Chad 8/10 lol I was in love with this when I was 8! I wanted a little Chad.I used to have a baby doll toy that had a green onesie on it and the name Chad was sewn on.It is a good name which I sort of like and I could grow to like it again.Slightly preppy sounding for me

14. Philip 7/10 Based on how well it works and sounds.However, it might be considered a bit dated ot more the age of the parent's of the people who have kids, and so they might want something a little more hip. However, it is a classic which will alway be loved and admired.

15. Kevin I think the common perception is that is 'dated' However, I am too biased.I knew one who was HORRIBLE. A real dastard

16. Keith Nothing wrong with it at all. 71/2



Ones I like:Chad and Garett. It could be that names go through trends or highs and lows, and maybe these names have already gone through them, which is why they are not as highly mentioned

1. Timothy- Love this name, I know a lot of handsome guys wtih this name, one who was an extra in Pirates of the Carribean! He's a totallll player though most tim's i know are

2. Garett- GORGEOUS celeb with this name garrett hedlund (look him up its worth it), anyway I love this name its handsome.

3. Franklin- A little too dated for me but would use it for a middle name

4. Frederick - LOVE this name, I thought no one else did lol

5. Gary- haha its cute but wouldnt use it. Its a good nickname for Garrett

6. Darrell- yuckkk not a fan sorry...

7. Douglas- I know so many d-bags with this name that its made me hate it

8. Lonnie- HAHA its funny...wouldnt use it

9. Norman- LOL i dont know why this ones funny too its just too old

10. Terry- Not really a fan sorry

11. Jerry- Cute, I like this one a lot

12. Craig- I like this one too its a strong name

13. Chad- LOVE this name, its not used enough!

14. Philip- Love it

15. Kevin- I always suggest this, its on my name list. I heard on the radio it was the top name for most promiscious males though hah..and I know a Kevin who totally prvoves that. He happens to be friends with Tim LOL.

these names are okay for people who are older but i don't think these names overall are very good.
1. Timothy: Its cool, I like

2. Garett: Like it

3. Franklin: Nah, don't like the possible nickname Frank and it reminds of the turtle from that kids show from a while back.

4. Frederick: Eck, don't like it.

5. Gary: no

6. Darrell: like it

7. Douglas: Like it a lot

8. Lonnie: Eh, no.

9. Norman: yuck

10. Terry: no

11. Jerry: No, reminds me of tom and jerry.

13. Chad: No, idk why, but it sounds like a name that a conceited jock would have.

14. Philip: Eh, seems too common to me.
