Baby Names?

I'm looking for baby names that different but not weird. Even just different spellings for common names. Boys names and girls names. Just names that will stand out alittle but nothing a child would be made fun of for.Baby Names?
I have a book called: Hey Baby! What's your name? A Canadian Guide To Naming Your Baby. Author's name is: Shandley McMurray. The book covers chapters on names (just to name a few) in these catagories: Ethnic Names, Popular Names, Traditional Names, Trendy Names, Unisex Names.

As for different spellings for common names: here's a few examples...Adam (Adham) Connor (Konnor) Ryan (Rhyan) Victor (Viktor)...Erica/Ericka (Erycka) Lee Ann (Leighanne) Sarah (Sarrah) Andrea (Ondrea)

Use an anagram: Mary (Myra) Edgar (Gerad) Karen (Renka)

Be creative, and unique at the same time but careful not to come up with something that he/she will have difficulties spelling or going through life having to correct people on how to pronouce your childs name properly. Take the name Alice for example, say you changed the spelling to Ales, people will pronounce it the way it's spelled. Once you've found a name you like for your child, say it out loud using your last name, usually a two syllable first name sounds better with a one or two syllable last name, a three syllable first name sounds better with a one syllable last name. So on and so forth. There has been actual birth certificates with such names as: Olive Green, Rose Budd, or Dick Hardigan. Good Luck and Happy Searching!
