How do you and your partner decide on baby names?

How do you and your partner decide on baby names for your unborn child? I mean you have to agree on something, so how do you do it?How do you and your partner decide on baby names?
We just keep throwing names out until we can find a combination of names that we like. However, after we got married we sat down and wrote out a list of 3 boy names and 3 girl names that we both agreed upon. Since then we have just used those names :-D
With our first baby I had the name Taylor picked out since I was little. So when we found out it was a girl. I said this is her name. He liked to name a lot so I got lucky with that. For our second baby when we found out it was another girl, we just started to name names we like until we found one we both liked.How do you and your partner decide on baby names?
we choose our favourite names, sometimes its name is our idol's, also we see what does it mean... for me%26amp;husband, name is praying, so it must good name and we wish our kids love their names.
