Creative ways to incorporate Family names into baby names?

What are some cute and creative ways you or someone you know or have heard of has incorporated family names into baby names?Creative ways to incorporate Family names into baby names?
I know a girl named Mosteller (mawst-STELL-uh), nicknamed Mossie, and it was her family's last name for a while and when it became extinct in the male line (or something like that) her great-grandparents named their oldest daughter Mosteller and now it's a tradition where every first daughter is named Mosteller. I think it's pretty cool.
All I can think of is the initials but not all names will work.

Example: Your mom's name is Lucy Camille, you could have the name Elsie in your kids names. Or Lucy Elaine, Ellie. Or Fiona Elizabeth would be Effie. Or Lacey Natasha would be Ellen. Or Emma Veronica would be Evie

Get it? lol :)

My first name is Kirsten, and my mom's maiden name was Kersten. My maternal grandfather's first name is Lee, and my middle name is Leigh. So I was basically named after my grandfather.Creative ways to incorporate Family names into baby names?
My sister is having a baby girl and she wants to name her kids after our grandparents. My grandmother's name is Evelyn Kate. So I came up with the name Everleigh Kate. I love it, and so does she. :)
give them our name or other family name only say it back words sounds cool and creative (doesn't work if your names Hannah)
My mom's middle name is Elaine, and if we have a girl, her middle name will be Laine.
