I would choose Alyanna, but may I possibly suggest Alanna. Alyanna is a big of a mouthful.
Also have you considered hyphening Marie-Lynn? That way she still "officially" only has one middle name, which makes filling out official papers and things much easier, and less of a pain,

alyanna marie lynn is particularly nice, but nor is anevah marie lynn. definitely alyanna, i like it spelt Alianna though. Adalyn and Ava / Avalynn is also a nice name. then you don't need lynn as a second middle name. i like Adelene (adeleen) as well.|||alyanna marie lynn is a beautiful name!
