Skylar is kind of cute, but I don't care for any of the others. Chris and Dani sound too masculine to me. Samantha sounds too 80s/90s-ish, and Riya sounds like the end of the word "diarrhea". Cecilia is too old-fashioned. Here are some I like:

Why dont you name the twins Riya and Christina? Because there the 2 names you like!
